 From the first contact with our consultant to picking up our keys we found Sterling Homes to be a truly professional building company. Our block presented some hurdles including slope, building on a corner and or irregular shape. The designers at Sterling worked with us to achieve a fantastic design which now that we are living in the home we truly appreciate. We built in the Burnside council area among some stately homes so we needed a home that was grand and full of character. I am writing to express my thanks to Sterling Homes for all your efforts in building our new home. It's hard to believe that we have now been living here for nearly 10 months! You managed to come up with a plan that not only suited the site and all of its challenges (especially the side entry pit!) but also incorporated most of our wishes too. We are finding that the home is very comfortable, especially the large open downstairs areas with adjacent kitchen and dining areas. The upstairs activity room, which is Miri's lounge and study, is also proving to be a functional and effective area. This was my first experience of venturing into house building and I would have to say that, although it was daunting at times, I found it to be a really positive process. I feel that I learned a great deal about many aspects of home building and would certainly look to Sterling Homes were I to undertake any further building projects. I am most grateful to all those involved in building this house.
